The fence/wall belongs to the individuals who live along Trinity. I dont think its fair that they get a new back fence/wall. No one paid to replace my fence, I had to pay for it myself. I say they pay for their own fence and we divy up the $400,000 to each of us who sign the lease!

The new wall is for the whole neighborhood. It may be the back fence for those whose homes back up to Trinity and Precinct but it will make the neighborhood look nice for the people that drive by. A uniform wall is much nicer looking than wood fences that are not the same color, width and height but are attached to each other.

so are they going to build a wall up and down my street so that it 'looks better' because the fences on my street dont all match. Some are white plastic, some are weathered and grey some are stained a rust color, they vary in height and driving down the street it doesnt look very nice. So do I get a wall down my street? I think not, because I dont live on Trinity!
