my homeowners ins hasnt noticeably increased during the last 3 years that they've been drilling, and I pay attention to my insurance cuz I pay it once a year. So what are you saying, once I sign (if I sign) then my insurance company is going to be notified and will increase my coverage? doubtful...have you checked it out?
