I had assumed that was the case, and that we do not have an Association that will handle the legal stuff. I remember when I bought back in '89 Briargate (the developer) took care of the covenant stuff and they were VERY good at enforcing the rules, much the same way other's do (Perigrine, Mtn. Shadows)now. You sure see a lot of stuff that are ''against the rules'' around the neighborhoods, such as weird house colors, trailers, boats, etc.. that are illegal in the covenants. I really don't care to go to court over this stuff, since the cases would drag-on forever since there would be so many.
Hate to see Briargate go the way of V7 or the ''south'' side of town, but I fear it is going that way.
