The Fountains Neighbors

I am one of the property owners with a view of the pond next to the playground along SE 78th St.  The fountain for this pond has not been working for a very long time.  In the past three years, it has not been working hardly at all.  In the past year, I don't believe it has been working at all.  I bought this property for the sole purpose of the beautiful view that I had of the pond and fountain.  All the homeowners that border these ponds also paid a great deal more for their land just to have a view to these wonderful ponds and fountains.  If anyone knows the status of why the fountain in this pond does not work, it would be greatly appreciated.  I have heard rumors that the timer that adjust when it turns on and off needs to be turned back on. It would be great to have this working again.

The HOA has been diligently pursuing Dues owed the organization so that all operations and maintenance can be performed within the neighborhood.  Please bear with the Home Owners who are volunteering their services to bring our community up to the standards it should meet. The fountains are more than just ornamental things of beauty sitting in the middle of the ponds. The fountains serve a very important purpose by aerating the water and keeping algae at bay. The ponds are necessary to prevent our community from the flooding other areas suffer when we have excessive rainfall in a relativley short period of time. If you know of any of your neighbors who have not payed their HOA dues, please express to them the need for a well maintenaned and secure community. The fairley inexpensive dues fund the repair and replacement projects throughout this community.
