Brief HISTORY of the FOUR SEASONS COMMUNITY

Four Seasons was one of the premier developments
of the ERVIN COMPANY. A developer that had a vision of a unified community made
up of different housing types , vast open spaces, walking trails and
recreational facilities to accommodate diverse life styles. A family oriented
community that would also offer exciting recreational spaces and ammenities to
attract the younger single or married professional.
A community anyone would be proud to call home.

Construction began in 1971 and concluded in 1982. Four Seasons was one of the
first Planned Unit Developments (PUD,s) in the Charlotte, North Carolina
area.

Nestled among open common spaces are 217 Traditional & Colonial styled
