Sounds like it would be better to borrow another Million and get some
more major work done. I would do the rear garage, the rest of the
elevators, and 50 to 75% of the plumbing (the worst first of course).
All of this would cost those of us in 3L's another $ 30-35 a month over
the next 10 years. This is much easier to pay than yearly on-going
special assesments of over $100 a month. It just makes more sense....
