Foxchase at Orange Park IV and V

Fox Chase Home Association Phase IV&V meeting was held at St. Giles Church. Turn out was very poor. Out of 69 households only about 10 has shown up. Board has anounced proposed changes to current covents. Ballots will be mail out in this month and everyone will be required to return their ballots no later than 31 Dec 2005. Board will have the right to use homeowner's vote, if homeowner does not respond to ballot by 31 Dec 2005. President of the board personally went out and placed a new survey plus copy of proposed changes into everyone's mailbox. Ballots will be mailed out certified to ensure that all homeowners receive them.
