The pastor of our lady of loreto parish house is still using BFI in direct violation of the new ordinace for one trash removal service for the town.
I realize that he is taking the town to court for the parking ordinance. He claims it violates his right of freedom of religion. Does he think having one trash removal service for the town is also a violation of freedom of religion or separation of church and state?
Why can't this priest use the same trash removal service as the town has required? Once again, he has put himself above the law?
