It has come to my attention, through the various residents who are passing out the petition to unincorporate (disband)Foxfield, that the residents are signing the petition in vast numbers. If the numbers are to be believed, approximately 250 registered Foxfield voters have signed the petition (to have it put on the April ballot)to disband Foxfield.
As one of the petitioners, I want to thank the residents of Foxfield for the courtesy shown us. Whether people signed the petition, except in just a few cases, you residents have been polite and willing to hear our reasons for unincorporation. You have also been polite(except in a few cases) in refusing to sign. For that I say thank you.
If you haven't been contacted yet, please remember that the petitioner is taking time out of his/her day to try to make the area a better place to live.
