C) Traffic Calming
D) Pedestrian Paths

F) Entrance Signs / Landscaping
G) Access control
4. Develop Conceptual Cost Estimates for Options
5. Discuss Criteria/Concepts/Options/Costs with Roads Committee
6. Prepare Flyer on Committee Selected Options for Distribution to Residents
7. Conduct Public Meeting on Options/Costs
8. Prepare Final Cost Estimates for Ballot Issue
9. If Ballot Issue Successful, Prepare Plans And Specifications for Construction
10. Proceed Through Public Bidding Process; Select Lowest Responsible Bidder
