Alan and WRC worked on scope of work last week

We have an engineering estimate that WRC
can ''own'', present, and manage. There are several items
that we can review and refine and downsize the
estimate.

WRC's estimate sits at $2.9 million but does not include the cost of money.

I am working the cost of money Monday,
our objective was generally to get a cost in the range of $2.7 to $2.9.
