I have one correction.
There is a funding option for a town known as a General Improvement District (GID).
A GID looks just like a General Obligation Bond, is paid for in the same way, is tax deductible, but only applies to a portion of a town.
GIDs are presently in force in Colorado Springs, where small segments of the larger city are improving their community.
And so, as a town we can do a General Obligation Bond, a General Improvement District, or a Special Improvement District
