We have opened a savings account to hold funds for the resurfacing. We intend to repair and resurface the Parking Lot this summer (2007). Is there any comment or input on any changes to the Parking Lot prior to expending these funds? If we excessive legal fees should we fund this from the Parking Lot money or issue a Special Assessment to cover the Attorney Fees?
