Does this really help Pawtucket or does it help RIPTA with the proposals?

Is there a simple explanation of the changes that RIPTA has proposed that will effect Pawtucket?

Most of what I read is for Providence to still be the hub for transportation thru.

There should be some direct abilities within the Blackstone Valley area vs going only thru Providence

I am sure some do not use the bus because of the wasted time going back and forth thru Providence

I will have to reread as well to see what smaller vehicles might be used for a more flexible bit of transportation even within Pawtucket.

Would it be feasible to have a free bus fare if you got on and off in different spots in Pawtucket to promote no driving and shopping and doing business in Pawtucket???
