I'm pretty sure how they are breaking in cars without force! At auto parts stores or even online you can purchase a lockout kit which allows a person to break into a car with no signs anyone was even in the car. The person(s) who broke in the cars are idiots to begin with because they left evidence of someone being in the car from not putting it back the way it was. I use to have lockout kits for my buisness and I could get into a car in less then 3 min. depending on the vehicle. The best thing to do is have an aftermarket alarm system put into your car. The factory alarm systems (not including highend cars) suck. We have surveillance cameras all around the property and a security trained german shepherd so I would feel bad for the person who breaks in my house especially if Im not there to call off the dog! Also I do see the blad chunky guy riding the scooter all the time. He is in and out of the development frequently.

The County Police arrived at my door last week with my weathered and water soaked wallet. All credit cards gone and photos ruined. The Officer said the person at 9 Avignon found it while trimming bushes. Right near the neighborhood entrance/exit.
