HOA BOARD

Dear Home Owners,

Congratulations to all of us!! We have the voluntary Board for our Home Owners Association. Our next step is to file the paperwork to become a non profit corporation and open up a bank account in the name of the association.

The board members are as follows;



President: Bob Clark

Bob Clark is a professor and teaches genetics at Meharry medical school in Nashville four days a week. He is looking at transferring to UT Memphis. Bob is married to Lynn and they have two children. Their oldest son’s name is West who is 11 years old and they have a new baby girl, Callyn, that is 6 months old. Bob’s wife, Lynn, works in sales and is a native to the Memphis area.

Susan Wall is a Crye Leike Realtor and one of our newest neighbors. Susan and her fianc?© Ray have recently purchased a home in Summer Meadows. Susan is from Nashville and has spent the past 12 years in Knoxville. Her fianc?© Ray has also lived in Knoxville for the last 11 years.

Susan sounds very excited about the possibilities of the Home Owners Association.

John prefers to be called Bubba and has worked for FedEx for 22 yrs and is currently a manager in their Global Operations Control Center. Bubba’s wife, Vanessa, is an Avon representative and a busy mother of two children, Cameron 2 and Peyton 6. Bubba was born and raised in the area but met Vanessa in Seattle Washington where she is from and he lived for 11 years before they moved to Utah and then to Memphis.



Please offer your congratulations and encouragement to our first ever Board of Directors. I will be working with them to turn over all information and files and begin the process of creating a non profit corporation.
