Check Cashing

As agreed upon in The June 29th meeting, we will not cash any checks until after August 1, 2004. We also discussed that the checks would be returned to the owners if we did not receive enough pledges by August 1, 2004. However, if we do receive enough money to move forward we will use the funds to secure a lawyer to create our Home Owners Association. If on August 1st we have enough funds to move forward, it will be an additional 7-10 business days from August 2nd before we will have a bank account in the Friends of Summer Meadows Home Owners Association name. At or about August 17 we will begin depositing the checks into the account.
