RTHA/HOA

TCB and I had some questions which the HOA hasn't answered in over a week. I understand we all have lives, but these are valid concerns from a couple of River Trails homeowners.

Funny stuff Sherri, what platform are you running on?  Laughing

Since90's......yes - I agree.  I do not understand the silence.

RTHA/HOA,  would you please answer our questions with FACT / TRUTH.

Especially the question about the PONDS.   I do not want to be yelled at again by any Lakes of River Trail resident asking me if I belonged to "The Lakes of River Trails HOA" and if not,  we were not allowed to use the pond."  There are some crazy folks living over there who obviously do not know that all residents - LAKES OF RIVERTRAILS AND RIVERTAILS residents have rights to the ponds.  Or,  has that changed now?

Were you the one that was riding their 4-wheeler and/or motorcycle on the walking trail around the lake?

NOPE - so I guess there are other people getting yelled at too.  I was fishing with my kids.   I have seen families riding with their little ones around the lake...slow and respectful of the others around the lake.  Had another couple stop one time and we chatted for a while...very nice people.   I have met several neighbors walking the lake and fishing the lake.  However, we were yelled at for fishing the lake and asked if we were part of the Lakes of Rivertrails or Rivertrails residents.   RTHA says the lakes are for both associations and I am asking that they educate all the residents....but I have not heard back.  As far as riding the ATV's around the lake, I can see why that would upset others.  I cannot understand nor do I agree with the constant police activity and harassment by neighbors regarding ATV's in the back land.   It was never an issue until one neighbor decided to make it an issue and that really is a shame.  FYI - he is the same COP that doesn't actually patrol for Rivertrails anymore, he is patrolling and harassing neighbors on his own under the Fort Worth COP - not Rivertrails COP but I guess when addressing neighbors - he is telling them that he is with RTHA COP.....which per RTHA....is a lie.    RTHA....fact or fiction?  And could you get back to me on the use of the ponds too.
