About our association

GARDEN DALE-GRENADIER HOA

Our homeowners association was formed and incorporated in 1990 by a group of Garden Dale Homeowners. The Grenadier and Garden Dale Estates sub-divisions were included in the Association because of their geographical proximity to Garden Dale. Garden Dale has over 300 homes and the other two sub-divisions have approximately 70 homes each. General membership meetings are held in February, May and October.

PURPOSE AND GOALS OF THE ASSOCIATION

The Association was formed to:
---Protect the integrity of property values in
the community.
---Protect and maintain the residential character
of the area.
---Promote and encourage compliance with the Deed
Restrictions and Covenants
---Encourage preservation of the environment
---Provide a collective voice in civic matters
affecting the community

MEMBERSHIP

All homeowners in Garden Dale, Garden Dale Estates and Grenadier are included in the Association as members, however annual dues must be paid in order to vote at any association meetings. The dues are used primarily for neighborhood improvement projects, plus Association operating expenses. All residents of the community are invited and urged to participate and serve on the various committees.
