Are there any rules in the association bylaws that prohibit non-approved structured from being built in the common areas/empty lots? There is a structure being built at the end of Freshwater Drive that is very unsightly. Buliding a clubhouse/fort is fine for private property, but not common areas that are in plain sight.
Thank you.

Someone also needs to check into the condition of the Gazebo. Several of the boards have been broken off and are a safety hazard. Not to mention that it is usually filled with junk, my daughter and I picked up two grocery sacks full of trash in the common area on Tuesday.

Agree

I am in full agreement and see that in Article 7 Section 5 of OUR Neighborhood Covenants that this structure should fall under the definition of a NUISANCE or unsightly structure, or under Section 12 dealing with maintenance of all lots and keeping them aesthetically pleasing.I ask that this structure be removed asap and/or the board of directors resolve this problem.

indeed - the boards have been falling off the gazebo for our current HOA leaderships ENTIRE year of term in office - i question why they wanted they job in the first place -the job is about community service - i caution all homeowners to vote carefully in the next election
