Garden of Eden Neighborhood Association

I had not received anything from Chesapeek for over 3 months , the last time I got around 100 dollars and that was for 3 months period ,has our well ran dry now or they are just quit sending us money .I also received a letter from some attorney wanting to investigate the under payment of the gas company. Has anyone the same problem .

Yes, several neighbors have received this letter.  Read Carefully the back of the letter.  It talks about the percentage that these attorneys will get.  I don't know if it is a skam but it doesn't sound real.  I think that the Railroad Commission in Austin should be contacted.  They may be able to shed some light on this subject.  We may need the neighborhood association to speak up for us. 

I know the letter has very subtle definition of their compesation and the cost of investigation which I assumed when things are clearer there is nothing left for the owners . I wonder if we could somehow introduce the subject at the next HOA meeting .Btw did you get anything from them lately.
