Apparently is has been reported for 2 years with both the city and RR pointing fingers at each other.10mph is even too fast as it will blow a tire, ruin the suspension and alignment.Pitiful!

Yes, pretty much all the railroad crossings down 1st street have gotten bad. The worst is like you stated, 1st street and Walnut. If you are turning left onto Walnut from 1st street, DO NOT go fast through the turn lane. You will go airborn due to the messed up tracks. Happy that I am moving out of this awful city so I don't have to drive over those car wreckers.
