GHC is an umbrella organization that represents Homeowner and Neighborhood Associations in the city of Garland.The GHC was formed in June 1997.The purpose of GHC is to actively support and strongly represent HOA/NAs on local and states issues...and provide education, information and assistance to ensure that individual homeowners desiring to form a HOA/NA receive the necessary support to become active while at the same time helping existing associations remain active.
