You can order a Multi-code 3089 from the internet for $20 with shipping (HOA wants $75!!!). Then match the dip switches to your current clicker. Still doesn't work, right? Thats because the HOA has changed the actual frequency from the standard 300 mhz. Take both covers off the of the clicker (the lower battery cover first, then pop off the upper portion). This exposes the circuit board with all the transistors and such. In the upper left corner there is a white terminal with grooves for a philips head screwdriver. This is the frequency adjustment screw. Make sure you have the dip switches right, then while standing next to the gate, slowly turn the screw counter-clockwise while repeatedly pressing button. Once the gate opens, leave the screw where it is. Your clicker's frequency is now adjusted to work with gate opener receiver. Voila. Now go put the $55 savings in your gas tank...
