How long does it take the directors to update an associations by-laws? The area we all live, has by-laws dated 1964 and still in the "typewriter mode" and only updated about 2 times in about 2 small areas. This is 2009 and we think it is about time these by-laws are updated to "current year". Thanks for any ideas......
