HRHA Covenant Awareness
Huntington Ridge Covenant Awareness Program:
1. All active Huntington Ridge Homeowners can report a covenant violation to the current Board of Directors. The complaint must be submitted on a complaint form and signed by a homeowner.
2. Each correctly submitted complaint will be reviewed by the Board of Directors at the next BOD meeting. Once a complaint is verified, a representative of the Board will issue an awareness letter to the homeowner stating the violation.
This program is intended to make each homeowner in Huntington Ridge aware of the covenants. Please contact the Association with questions about covenants. The intent of this awareness program is not to develop a covenant watch program that would cause neighbors to fight and fuss about trivial issues. Our intent is to develop a program to actually make Huntington Ridge homeowners aware of what are and are not covenant violations. Huntington Ridge has been developed over the years in several sections, so protective covenants in each section may vary.
Some of the major complaints over the past years have included:
Abandoned or junk vehicles.
Misuse of a home for business purposes that causes unsightly problems.
Our covenants address the need for trailers and boats to be parked on rear of the property
