Problem with Seven Mile Creek
Is anyone else having problems with Seven Mile Creek eroding their property?
I contacted the Stormwater Department and was basically told it was our problem, Greg Atkins, City Council, he said he asked Stormwater Department to fix this problem, I contacted the Mayor, channel 4 news, Stormwater Department, Christina Binkley. Anyway, nothing has been fixed so far. Our retaining wall is caving in and we are 12 feet from the wall. The Stormwater Department's manual says that all structures must be at least 100 feet away from any man made channel and this part of the creek was man made.
Anyone else having any problems?
