I'm here in the Glendale, Castlebow Association on 320 Mc Henry Road. Our management company is The Management Emporium. We have dogs that bark all day and all night, we asked politely to ask the homeowners with dogs barking, to control their dogs barking. But they do nothing. We talked to the board members of our association they said "We'll warn the homeowners" Obviously if they were warned, something should have changed by now, but they didn't, since the dogs are still barking. We spoke to our management company, the property manager said, "If you have a problem, talk to your President of the Board, and he'll take care of it. Why the heck do we pay for a property manager or a management company, if they aren't going to do anything about it. Every homeowner is annoyed and irritated here, but we don't know what to do. What should we do?
