I recived a call from the New Castle County Police Department regarding parking of motorcycles on sidewalks..I was told to advise those who are parking on sidwalks that they will be ticketed & towed by the police...also loud cycles will be stopped if any more complaints are logged at the department...I advised that I have a cycle and if it passes inspection it is legal ( and so are others I know of and what about loud cars boom boxes )...He said if complaints are filed they will follow up on them...Jack
