Glenwater Homeowner's Association

Will a community pool and clubhouse be built in the neighborhood? If not, are we partnered or can we be partnered with a neighboring community to have access to their clubhouse and pool?

There are some communities around that offer a pool pass to their facilties. Not really sure which ones, It has been a couple years since I looked into it.

I just drove around and talked to a lifeguard, if there was one, Or asked people who their HOA was and contacted them.
