Glenwick Estates is located in Flower Mound, Tx on the north side of FM 1171, 1/2 mile west of FM 2499. We are a community of 338 homes that began developement in 1988 and was finally completed in 1999. Within the neighborhood we have a small park with play equipment for small children. We are also adjacent to a larger park with picnic tables, grills, a walking trail, tennis court and a ballfield. There is also a public 18 hole golf course adjacent to the neighborhood (Bridlewood).

We are one of the few communities in Flower Mound to have a voluntary HOA, since the Town's inception of mandatory HOA's occurred after our existence.
