Some of our neighbors have recieved letters from " the Friends of Newkirk Estates Civic Association". These fake letters have not been sent by this Board at all,if you have received one of these please contact Ray Schafferman @302.738.0899. Also we encourage to come to our next meeting April 29th Tuesday at 6:30 pm. This meeting is at the Kirkwood Library.
