I didn't think we were allowed to have above ground pools here ? I noticed one on Marlebury End, it appears to have a filter and it's about 24'' to 30 '' high.
My neighbor had one and was told to take it down. What gives ? |

What type of pool is it ?
Are you talking about the blue pools that can easily be put up and taken down. They come w/filters now ? Or do you mean an actual above ground pool w/a deck ? |

It doesn't matter, I believe the rule of thumb is ,no higher than 18'' and without a filter. This is per Liberty Township as well. |

I think the reason for the no filter is that people won't take it down every few days. This becomes a safety factor, because there is no fence around it and a toddler can easily fall in to it. |
