Golf Village

Just wondering if there are any plans for that new playground for the summer of 2007 ? It would be so nice to have it for the BBF community.

My guess would be, that nothing will be done until the new Powell Rd expansion is completed. We will have a better idea of what amount of money we will have to spend. We are going to lose the fence in the front, along with the entrance walls and maybe even the trees along the fence, as well as some of the irrigation system.

What would we have to pay for ? Why do we have to fork out money if the city is expanding the road ?

HOA Money

I believe ( I may be wrong ) that the HOA will get Money from the property I believe the previous poster was referring to how much they would get not have to send from the road expansion.
