Golf Village

so on behalf of our neighbors and ourselves, we have had it! We chose this neighborhood for a variety of reasons. We accepted the taxes and the HOA fees and the rules. However we never expect to see; 1) Cars parked on lawns - 8190 Tricia Price - really? 2) Wooden garden boxes growing whatever (OMG) 3) Wooden temporary steps being used for 4+ years, 4) Christmas lights still up in April 5) Cars speeding up and down Wild Flower where kids are riding their bikes. I actually just st witnessed a kid almost get hit by a white Mercedes. A young blonde was driving. We are now questioning why we pay the HOA fees? Honestly we are actually researching this. If our HOA can't enforce anything, how can they force us to pay the fee? Perhaps if we hold off payment, they might address some of these items. Just tired of it!
