The way the boundaries are drawn for the Granada Neighborhood association there is a section of the area that is left out. The homeowners east of 27th Ave, west of I-17, between Camelback and Indian School have no neighborhood organization.
From what I can tell, there is only one association within this area, the Madoma Manor Homeowners Association. This association only covers a small group of townhomes on Hazelwood. The remaining homes have no organization.
My concern is that the issues that affect this neighborhood don't stop or start at 27th Avenue. I believe we need a solid organization up and down 27th ave.
