Would anyone like to share their opinion on the subject of closing and eventually removing alleys. They are just one of a number of items that cause visual blight in our area.
I would propose fencing the entry points initially, and converting to individual trash bins. Eventually, the adjoining property owners would take over the space immediately behind their property line.
