There is no Homeowner's Association for Grand Entries, and in order for one to form, a unanimous vote of all the property owners in the neighborhood would have to occur. Property maintenance/use is governed solely by municipal codes.
Residents of Grand Entries recently attended a meeting with many representatives of the City of Las Vegas including the N.W Area Command of the Las Vegas Metropolitan Police Department, Municipal Code Enforcement Office of the Neighborhood Services Division and Erin Berzina, representative of Ward 6 for the Neighborhood Services Division.
As we learn more, we will post here on the website and make certain that everyone has access to information including meetings, gatherings and other activities related to the formation of our neighborhood association.
