Charles Bucknam is running for an at large position as a board member and is also offering to serve as an at large Director position on the Water District Board. He has served several times as Secretary of the homeowner?’s association, as the chair of the Development Watch Committee, as the Non-Lawyer Agent for the homeowners for matters before the water referee and as the registered agent of the homeowners association and of the proponent issue committee for the water district, which was recently disbanded. He is committed to see that the petition to form the water district be properly implemented.
