What is New in the Subdivision?

Grandview Estates has it own Neighborhood Watch program. This program is designed to increase security and awareness by involving as many people as possible in a united crime prevention effort.

Report Suspicious Activity

Any person or behavior that is inappropriate or unusual can be considered suspicious. Slow moving vehicles, breaking glass, and unusual noises are all suspicious. If you suspect foul play, call 303-660-7500, Douglas County Non-Emergency or call 911 Emergency to report what you have seen.
