Grant Park is in need of a business or a church that would be willing to support a voice messaging system for at least one year.

There is a service provided by the phone company which is a voice messaging system. This system allows the selected people the opportunity to record a voice message and then send that message out via telephone to 120 people at any set date or time.

This service has to be attached to a business or church phone line and the cost is approximately $12.00 per month. This is a great way to communicate with many people at one time. You record and post one message, and all the people hear the same exact message, no leaving out words, adding words, etc.

The system would be used to remind every one of the monthly meetings, any other up coming events and anything of a public concern to the community. And possibly in the future even a short safety message once or twice a month.
