Gray's Lake Neighborhood Association

Boundaries:  Fleur Drive (West), Racoon River (North), SW 9th (East), and Watrous (South)

 

Purpose:  To Enhance quality of life in our neighborhood, to build a strong sustainable community for our neighbors, and the city at large.

 

Membership:  Neighbors and Businesses within and outside of our neighborhood assiciation who have paid the membership dues, shares the neighborhoods' mission and values and adhere to the association By-laws can become a member of the Neighborhood Association.  Only individuals who live within the Gray's Lake Neighborhood Association can serve as an Executive Officer and vote.  Each member will have the voting power of one.

 

Membership Dues:  

Individuals and Families:  Annual membership dues of $10 per household.  No limitations on the number of individuals within a household.

Non-Profit Organization:  Annual membership dues of $10 per husehold.  No limitation on the number of employees within the organization.

Business:  Annual membership dues of $25 per business.  No limitation on the number of employees within the business.    

Annual dues are payable upon membership registration, renewal payment is due 12 months from the initial membership registration.  No individual or buisness will be turned down for membership due to financial hardship.

 

All meetings and events are open to the public regardless of membership, however only members of the neighborhood assiciation who live within the boundaries of the organization may serve and vote for the Executive Officers.
