Grayson Park Homeowners Association is a Texas non-profit corporation.
The Declarant shall automatically be a Member of the Association subject to the provisions of Section 2.3(b) hereof. Any individual(s), entity or entities having the legal right to hold title to real property, upon becoming an Owner, shall automatically become a Member of the Association. membership in the Association shall be appurtenant to and shall run with the ownership of the Lot and Membership may not be seperated from ownership of the Owner's Lot. Any person or entity holding an interest in any portion of the Property merely as security for the performance of any obligation shall not be a member of the Association.

Every owner of a lot shall be a member of the Association. Membership shall be appurtenant to and shall not be separated from ownership of a lot. Every member shall have the right at all reasonable times during business hours to inspect the books of the Association. The foregoing is not intended to include persons or entities holding an interest in a lot merely as security for the performance of an obligation.
