That wasn't a rhetorical question. I've lived in Brewbaker Estates since October 1993. I know that the former Fairfield Association opened their membership to us and Belmont Downs around 2002. However, I think that fairness dictates that we should give the history of the Fairfield Association too. If you know any of it, please contact me at the address shown below.

Since the association recently merged with two other neighborhoods, Belmont Downs and Brewbaker Estates, you have problably noticed different things happening in all three communities. We have become united as one. We are very successful in our agendas on behalf of all three subdivisions. Now there are four parts; with the addition of the New Phase; there will be 30 or 40 more homes.
The greatest value of a Neighborhood Association lies in its ability to unite community members for collective action. That action may be to celebrate local events, to address hazardous issues, or to seek political action.
