Green Oaks Estates is an intimate community of 25 homes, built from 1967 to 1995. It is located in the Mountain Park community of Lilburn, Gwinnett County, Georgia. We don't have an organzed association, but we each have an interest in keeping our neighborhood strong.
Green Oaks Estates was developed in 1966-1968 by Clyde W. Stephens in four phases. If you live on Green Oak Drive and would like a photocopy of the plat containing your lot, please contact Pat Sabin.
Original Protective Covenants recorded with the plats expired in 1991 and 1992. However, there is an article linked from the Green Oaks Estates main page to information about current Gwinnett County Property Maintenance Ordinances, effective 1999.
