Members
We are a neighborhood of 83 homes with a volunteer association whose primary responsibility is to maintain the neighborhood's frontage and entryway. Our goal is to keep the neighborhood beautiful which will benefit the property value of all of our homes.
About our association
Our Purpose
The primary purpose of the Green Valley IV neighborhood association is to maintain the entryway and frontage of our neighborhood. For our property values to remain high we must maintain our neighborhood's appearance.
Our Dues
Currently our annual dues is $60.
