For all the dog owners,please be considerate of others. We were woken up Thursday morning at 2:45AM by a barking dog. The dog barked continuously for 45 minutes! The owners HAD to have heard him bark. It was nearby but we could not determine where the barking was coming from. I would have liked to ring their bell but did not feel like walking around the neighborhood at that hour. This is not the only time I have heard this dog AND others. I am a dog owner myself. If my dog is barking, we call him in. True, you do not know when a dog will bark, but when they do you need to control them especially early in the morning and late at night.
