Has anyone else noticed the drastic decline in the landscaping in the common areas in Greenfield? Seems to be dead trees and weeds all over. Who is responsible for maintaining these areas?

LMD and HOA
The Liverpool Metropolitan District, which you'll see on your property tax bill, is responsible for some of the common areas ... area along Fair Ave, along Liverpool, and in some other areas. The HOA, meaning all residents, are responsible for the rest. The sham behind the LMD is that it is run by a Village Homes' executive. I've never seen any accounting as to where my $610.16 goes, and probably never will. The $610.16 was for ONE YEAR ... so that means that I pay more for shoddy maintenance than I do in HOA fees. Sounds like there is some serious cash out there somewhere, obviously not being used for the intended purpose. I just don't understand how the areas can look so lousy, with nobody being concerned. Is anyone accountable? |
