Townhouse Parking Spaces

Posted in: Ridgedale Mews
Neighbors in my development seem to have continuous ''stay over'' company and seem to feel there is nothing wrong with their company taking the parking space in front of our townhouse. When politely asked to keep the homeowner's space open, the reply is that they have no control over where their company parks. This is nonsense and just plain discourteous behavior. Even a child knows that mommy or daddy parks in front of their own home. Please request your ''stay over'' company leave the parking space in front of another homeowner's property open. Wouldn't you want the same courtesy returned from your neighbors?

Is it that hard?

Is it really that hard to walk from another spot? I mean c'mon, there is always a spot close enough. Buy a house with a garage or at least a driveway if you want your ''own'' spot.
You sound so spoiled.
I agree that two spots in front of each home should be designated for the homeowners. I love the fact that there are not assigned spots, but for the most part our neighborhood is very good about parking in respectful and courteous spots.

I don't live in your neighborhood, but it is very nice to have one spot in front of your house. My husband tells them when they first move in that that is his space and it works out that they follow along.
