Greenway Park is a planned urban development (PUD) constructed in five stages. It is fully developed with 37 acres of green space winding among the over 500 homes. Amenities include a 9-hole golf course, basketball and tennis courts, and a swimming pool.
The Greenway Park Homeowners Association operates under Articles of Incorporation dated May 25, 1972. The Covenants, Conditions and Restrictions of this vital community are given to each homeowner buying into the community. They may also be found recorded in Book 2799 at Page 194, Reception No. 695067, of the records in the Office of the Clerk and Recorder, Jefferson County, Colorado.
